She Who Remembers

‘She Who Remembers’  is a portrait that I painted just after hearing about my husband’s cancer diagnosis. I feel she expresses the mixture of fear and deep desire to trust that I was going through at the time. She is going through a wobbler, but is remembering the depth of faith within her.
