I’m writing a very brief email to remind you that this upcoming Saturday, 18th Oct, at noon, Markus will be giving a talk upstairs at Barnabys about ‘Edges’. This talk will explore edges in relation to all aspects of art.
Immediately afterwards there will be a print and card sale, with 20% going to Gaza hospitals, and a final opportunity to meet all the artists from the ‘Manifesto’ exhibition, curated by Louise Whitham, which will finish at the end of the month.
We have made lots of new prints and cards of Markus’ card cuts, as well as a few of my Grace N’ Grit women. And you will get an opportunity to see a wide variety of cards and prints from all the artists, at very reasonable prices.
I’ve just finished a commission for a double portrait, which I will share in the next letter, and Markus has just finished one of his ‘Greenish’ paintings, so called because of the work’s low impact on the environment. He hasn’t given it a title yet – any ideas?
